Lux Innovations ("we", "us") builds websites, AI automations and business software. This page explains what information we collect through this website, why, and what we do with it. We only collect what we need to reply to you and to help your business.
What we collect
- When you email us or use the enquiry form: your name, email address, phone number (if you give it), business name and whatever you tell us about your project. The form sends your message to our inbox through FormSubmit (formsubmit.co), an email-forwarding service. We don't store form messages on this website.
- When you complete the Office Check: your name, email, business name, an optional mobile number, and your answers about your business (for example your industry, team size, the tasks that take your time and the software you use).
- When you book a call: bookings are handled by Google Calendar, which collects your name, email and chosen time. Google's own privacy policy applies to that booking page.
We don't use advertising trackers or sell your information. This site loads fonts from Google Fonts, which means Google receives your browser's IP address when the page loads.
How we use it
- To reply to your enquiry and arrange a call.
- To prepare ideas and a quote that suit your business.
- To keep a record of what we've discussed if you become a client.
We won't add you to a mailing list unless you ask us to.
Where it's stored
Office Check answers are stored in a secure cloud database (Supabase) that only we can access. Emails are kept in our Google Workspace account. Some of these providers may store data outside Australia.
Who sees it
Victoria and the builder working on your project. We don't share your information with anyone else unless the law requires it.
